Beware of unsolicited postal mail notifying you that your domain is up for renewal. These mailings are not coming from Creative Ops and should be ignored.

There are several organizations that monitor the domain registration databse to see when domains are approaching their renewal time. These organizations send a "courtesy" mailer informing registrants that a domain is coming up for renewal. They usually, and are required to, show the words "This is not a bill".

Please know that these messages are not coming from Creative Ops and offer renewals at up to three times the current registration fees that Creative Ops offers to their clients. Please be aware of this latest scheme to increase your registration rates and take your domain from Creative Ops domain management.

As a regular practice Cresative Ops will send a certified domain registration reminder to your email address on file to inform you that one of your domains is approaching renewal. In the event that there are any questions in regards to your domain's renewal, please contact your account manager.
